A $500 deposit is due at the time reservations are made. A second payment equal to 50% Ten Days after reservations are made.  Total package is due 120 Days before your arrival Date.  Less 5% for cash discount  on total reservation package paid in full before November 30th.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations may be charged a fee of $500 per person. Reservations that are canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival will be charged an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total package price.

Cancellation insurance is available upon request. Reservations will be canceled and the above policy will apply if the reservation/payment policy is not adhered to. There will be no exceptions to this cancellation agreement.
